The person making the reservation must be staying at the property. Street parking is prohibited from 7am - 9am. Before you leave please load and start the dishwasher and place the trash in the outside container.

Entering the property is quite streamlined. Type in your 4-digit code for entry. Leaving is even easier - hit LOCK. No complicated apps or codes to remember. Once inside, you have access to the entire property front to back. There are a few locked doors for storage that you will not have access to. The garage is not available at this time.

We had a lovely stay. Everything was even more beautiful than the photos online. We had eight adults in our group and everyone was extremely pleased with our stay. Having family in the area we will definitely look to stay in this home again.

The place was awesome. Stacy decorated the house as we wanted. We went to Stacy’s place with some friends. Everyone enjoyed the stay. Stacy responded really fast during our stay. We will have no issue staying another time when visiting Chicago 🙂

Brookfield makes travel easy! It's walkable, bikeable and a short drive to several local attractions. You’re just 25–30 minutes from both Midway and O’Hare airports. Once you're here, hop on the Metra train—it’s less than 5 minutes from the house and takes you straight to downtown Chicago in about 25 minutes. It’s the perfect blend of convenience and charm!
