Traveling with Your Pet? They’re Welcome Here We’re happy to host your well-behaved, four-legged family members. Whether they’re tagging along for a weekend getaway or just love a good game of fetch in the yard, we’ve got space for them too. To keep things comfortable for all our guests, we do ask that you follow a few simple pet rules: Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance * Dogs must be leashed outside, as the yard is not fully fenced. * No pets on beds or furniture (unless you're using the provided covers) * Guests must clean up after pets, indoors and outdoors * Pets must be supervised and not left alone unless crated * Excessive barking, scratching, or damage may result in additional charges * We charge a $75 pet cleaning fee per stay to keep the space fresh for the next guest. To make your pet feel just as welcome as you, we include a doggy welcome basket with food and water bowls, lint rollers, a cozy dog bed, and furniture covers. Your pet will feel right at home! ➡️ After booking, we’ll send a short rental agreement. Please review and sign within 48 hours to finalize your stay. For everyone’s safety, we can’t accept third-party bookings. The person who books must be staying at the home. ➡️ Day visitors are welcome in small numbers. Overnight guests must match the number on the reservation. ➡️ We understand timing needs can come up. That said, we’re unable to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests made within 24 hours of arrival or departure. If you have flexibility, feel free to ask. We’re happy to help when possible for a nominal fee. ➡️ Please note there is no street parking weekdays from 7 am–9 am due to a Brookfield, IL ordinance. ➡️We are unable to provide refunds for booking cancellations outside of the cancellation window. We do not provide refunds due to inclement weather or natural disasters unless there is a mandatory evacuation. We do suggest that you obtain TRAVEL INSURANCE.
